Housekeeper Needed

hi! we have a cute 3 bed 3 bath house in Lake Ariel PA. Looking for someone with good experience. we would like the house to be dusted, vacuumed, floors etc weekly. we would also need help with dishes (maybe a load in the dishwasher per visit-nothing crazy but we have trouble keeping up). Wash and change sheets on beds (usually just the master but sometimes guest rooms). a load of laundry or two done and folded would be amazing. also some rotating tasks we had someone we loved who retired who would rotate through tasks like sweeping the porch, cleaning the couch slipcover, deep clean fridge, extra laundry. She would rotate through these on a monthly bases. We are open to discussing rates!
