Companion Care Needed

We're looking for someone with skilled nursing skills to assist my little brother in southern Merritt Island. He's a recovering quadriplegic from an accident and needs help with mobility, changing, feeding, etc. He's a big, kind personality with a great sense of humor and lives with our family on the river. Preference is for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with dogs, and is strong enough to help with mobility. Thanks in advance!
