Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

I are looking for a great babysitter for 3 children. I would prefer a babysitter , who is able to do school drop offs and pick ups, who has their own car and does not smoke. I live in the National Harbor and my kids attend school in Waldorf, MD. This would be needed 1-2 days every other week.
