- Successfully engage with clients and provide necessary support for success
- Promote like-minded success through friendly competition and growth mindset training
- Be coachable
- Promote positivity and creative thinking in order to help your team's sales and customer service processes
- Learn how to effectively use sales technologies such as CRM’s
- Learn how to generate leads and build a pipeline through cold contacting and door to door contacting.
