Shift: Days Monday - Friday: 7a-7p, 36 hrs/week; Holiday rotation; Call: Rotation amongst RNs; Minimal; Mon-Fri, 1900-2200, Saturday, 1900-0700 & Sunday, 0700-1900 or 1900-0600
Submission Requirements:
• 24 months of dialysis experience including inpatient experience [required]
• Acute dialysis experience [highly preferred]
• No 1st time travelers
• tele reads & measure experience [required]
• experience using Fresenius machines [required]
• hemodialysis & peritoneal dialysis - [preferred]
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
• Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current dialysis experience [required]
• Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (dialysis) - [required]
• Nursys must state Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate at time of submission - [required] [document]
• Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]
• Drivers License [document] [required]
• AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS - [required]
