- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Provide patient and family education.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Active RN License
- Recent Medical Surgical nursing experience required
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to care for a diverse patient population
- Experience working in acute care settings preferred
- Agency must be listed on the Louisiana Department of Health Nurse Staffing Agencies List.
- Joint Commission Accredited agencies only.
