Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

Preferably looking for someone evidence based, vaccinations mandatory. Want someone compassionate and kind. College student or college educated a plus. Smoking is a non negotiable no deal. Baby boy is getting more active and eating some solids but expect to hold him or be with him essentially the entire time. Primarily need someone to watch him during working hours for the parents so they can work on schoolwork for PhDs. Days/times flexible to some extent!
