We have two boys, ages 10 (5th grade) and 8 (3rd grade), and were looking for a kind, reliable, and experienced nanny to care for them and help keep our household running smoothly. Routine is very important to our family, so we are looking for someone who is consistent, organized, and understands the value of structure in helping kids thrive.
