Temporary Picker/Packer – Busy Season Support
Location: West Columbia, SC
Pay: $16/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., Monday–Friday (extended hours/overtime on Saturday's as needed)

We are hiring Temporary Picker/Packers to support a high-volume distribution warehouse in West Columbia during the busy season. As a Picker/Packer, you’ll be a key part of the team ensuring customer orders are filled accurately and on time. This role involves working with incoming shipments, organizing inventory, and carefully preparing outbound orders for delivery. It’s a hands-on and physically active job where you’ll be moving, lifting, and staying on your feet throughout the day.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse setting. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in accuracy, and is looking to gain or expand warehouse and logistics experience.

What You’ll Do

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy
Unload, sort, and organize incoming inventory deliveries
Use RF scanners, labels, and packing supplies to track and process orders
Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized at all times
Follow OSHA and company safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

Previous warehouse/order fulfillment experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout shift
Reliable, punctual, and able to work overtime when needed
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
Steel-toe shoes/boots required
