Position: Mammography Technologist (X-ray)

Location: Mobile, AL

Pay: $25 to $30/hour

Type: Full-time; Temp to Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

Clark Personnel is seeking a Mammography Technologist (X-ray) to join a growing and dynamic team!   

Job Description:

• Operate mammographic and radiographic equipment and related devices.
• Position patients for accurate imaging and apply immobilization techniques when necessary.
• Calculate exposure factors and assist physicians during procedures.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure imaging accuracy.
• Evaluate radiographs for diagnostic quality, capturing additional images if needed.
• Set up and prepare medical supplies using aseptic techniques.
• Clearly explain procedures to patients to ensure comfort and understanding.
• Maintain accurate procedure and supply charges.
• Perform phantom image quality evaluations regularly.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Mammography Technician.
• 1 year of X-ray technician experience required.
• ARRT or AMA Certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Graduate of an approved X-ray technician training program.
• CPR certification required.
