What You’ll Do
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills-based assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.)
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians
Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers to ensure progress and consistency
Maintain accurate, insurance-compliant documentation through CentralReach
Use data to monitor and adjust treatment goals as needed
What You Bring
Active BCBA certification and NJ LBA license (or in process)
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Experience in home-based ABA therapy or community-based services preferred
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Dedication to family-centered, ethical ABA care
Compensation & Benefits
$75–$100/hour, based on experience and caseload size
Sign-on bonus after 90 days
