Banquet Server

We are seeking experienced  staff to join our dynamic team! If you have a background in hospitality, catering, or event services, we encourage you to apply and showcase your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Preparation and Setup:

• Collaborate with the Booking Manager regarding event assignments and updates.
• Arrive on time and in appropriate attire with tools (wine opener, ice scoop, matches).
• Assist the Event Captain with setup, including tables, buffet stations, service areas, and bars.

Waitstaff Duties:

• Set up the room, pass hors d'oeuvres, attend buffets, or serve plated meals.

Bartender Duties:

• Set up and serve beer, wine, or premium bars with knowledge of basic drink preparation and outstanding customer service.

Culinary Support:

• Prepare and present hors d’oeuvres, buffet items, pastries, or plated meals under the guidance of top chefs in the industry.

Qualifications:

• At least two years of experience in hospitality, catering, food and beverage, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays or items (up to 25 pounds) for extended periods.
• Punctuality, reliability, and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high service standards.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
