As a Job Coach at Reaching Beyond Limits, your day-to-day expectations will revolve around empowering clients in their job search and career development. You’ll start your day by conducting one-on-one coaching sessions, assessing individual strengths, and tailoring your approach to meet each client’s unique needs. Daily activities will include resume building, interview preparation, and offering invaluable feedback to help clients present their best selves. You will also facilitate group workshops, fostering a collaborative environment where participants can share experiences and learn from one another.

Building relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities will be a key task, as will following up with clients to monitor their progress and celebrate successes.
