- Central Kansas Appliance Repair is an appliance repair company located at: Clay Center, KS. We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch customer service and building strong relationships with our customers. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team.
- Answering incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Making outbound calls to customers for scheduling, updates, issue resolution, etc.
- Verifying and marking received parts as checked in using our system
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- De-escalate upset customers, ensuring a positive and satisfactory resolution
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries
- Maintain punctuality
- No prior experience required, training will be provided
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively de-escalate situations
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accurate record-keeping
- Punctual and reliable with excellent time management skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
