Childcare Needed

My son is ASD, level 1, and is requiring a bit more individualized attention, to help with transitions at school and behavior. Hes very social, however He struggles with self regulating his emotions and transitions. Hes also a little behind with his speech. He does very well when he has undivided attention from adults. Im looking for someone that can be with him at school to support him, and if needed, take him home from school until the parent gets off of work. He loves music, and being outside! Would love someone with more experience with ASD.
