📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s + 5 years, or Master’s + 3 years of relevant experience
• 2+ years in behavioral health care
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy (Google Suite; EMR/LMS experience a plus)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs; comfortable managing challenging behaviors
