Pet Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

My husband recently received a 13 week job assignment in another state, and we need a VERY long term sitter to come in a few days a week to clean litter boxes, feed and water, and pet my social cat. He loves people, whereas the other one does not. I worry about him not having human interaction. He is not afraid of strangers, and loves to be pet. I would only expect you to play with him/pet him for like 10 minutes, so it would be a total of an hour a week.
