Clinic Pharmacist Day Shift (13-Week Contract) Brewster, WA

Summary:
We are hiring a Clinic Pharmacist for a 13-week daytime contract in Brewster, WA. The position covers outpatient pharmacy operations for a clinic handling approximately 200 prescriptions per day.

Schedule:
Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
13-week assignment

Responsibilities:
Dispense and verify prescriptions for accuracy and safety
Counsel patients on proper use of their medications
Perform chart reviews and ensure compliance with OBRA guidelines
Assist in maintaining the medication formulary for the clinic
Train and support pharmacy staff and clinic personnel
Utilize McKesson dispensing software and Athena EMR

Requirements:
Clear and active Washington pharmacist license
Minimum 3 years as a licensed pharmacist
Recent outpatient or retail pharmacy experience preferred
