Experienced Nanny Needed for Kindergartener and Pre-K Twins, light housework

We are a family with three kids: a 5-year-old in kindergarten, 3-year-old twins in Pre-K, and a small mutt. Seeking help 25 hrs/week, 5 days, 12:30-5:30 PM. Duties: Light housekeeping (dishes, laundry, tidying, errands) 12:30-2:30 PM (no kids); picking up and after-school care for the kids from ~3 PM (parks, errands, play at home). Car provided.
