Service Manager

We are a vibrant, high-energy neighborhood brasserie seeking an experienced hourly Service Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and deliver a world-class experience for every guest. This is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, and we are looking for a passionate hospitality professional ready to lead by example, coach a dynamic team, and drive both sales and guest satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Profitability: Ensure operational excellence, cost control, and compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences: Maintain consistently high standards in both food and service, with a focus on speed, accuracy, and hospitality.
  • Team Development: Hire, train, and develop top-tier team members who embody our values and culture.
  • Leadership & Accountability: Set clear performance expectations and follow through with coaching, feedback, and support.
  • Communication & Planning: Foster open communication between staff and supervisors, and effectively plan to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Culture Champion: Create a positive, fun, and professional environment that makes us the best place to work in the neighborhood.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop teams and drive results
  • Passion for hospitality and service excellence
  • Expected to work 35-40 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
