Warehouse Team Lead 1st Shift

Looking for your next step in manufacturing leadership? Quantum Fulfillment Services is hiring a Shift Leader to guide our book production team. This hands-on role combines team leadership, problem-solving, and mechanical skills in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate a team of 10+ employees across production stations
• Keep shifts running smoothly while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
• Coach and train employees while supporting their growth
• Troubleshoot equipment and keep production goals on track

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years leading teams in manufacturing, printing, or fulfillment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with equipment
• Clear communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Bonus: Lean Six Sigma, bilingual English/Spanish

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Background check
• Speaks English
• Reads English
• Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
• Available to work: weekends
• Available to work: weekdays

Preferred qualifications:

• 20 years or older
• At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
• Warehouse skills: handheld scanner operation
• Speaks Spanish
• Management skills: supervising employees
• Reads Spanish
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Available to work: overtime
• Available to work: early morning
• 2-3 years of total work experience
