Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg

Position Type: Direct Hire
Shifts: Varied (includes nights/weekends)
Pay Range: $32.61 – $49.28 per hour
Shift Differential: $4.00/night, $3.25/weekend
Sign on Bonus: Upto $20,000
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Illinois or Michigan
- BLS certification (AHA Healthcare Provider)
- BSN preferred
- Experience with EMR and Microsoft Office preferred
Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, effective nursing care per best practices
- Assess and implement individualized patient care plans
- Document accurately and maintain confidentiality
- Support and educate patients, families, and staff
- Participate in quality improvement and cost-effective care initiatives
