Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER)- Direct Hire
Location: 433 W. High St., Bryan, OH 43506
Shift: 10:00 AM – 10:30 PM (Evenings)
💰 Compensation & Incentives
- Salary Range:
- ASN: $28.66 – $47.29/hr
- BSN: $30.66 – $49.29/hr
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000
- Relocation Assistance: Available
- Student Loan Repayment: Up to $30,000
- BSN Premium Pay (if applicable).
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with physicians and fellow nurses to provide patient-centered care
- Triage patients, administer medications, and respond to emergencies as needed
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and adhere to compliance standards
- Support and engage in Parkview’s nursing recognition and professional development programs
✅ Requirements
- Diploma in Nursing, ASN, or BSN
- Minimum 1 year of ER experience in an acute care setting required
- Active RN license in Ohio
- CPR certification required (other certifications may be required based on department needs)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and assist with up to 100 lbs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
