MSR-FSR is a global partner to equipment manufacturers and device manufacturers in the Semiconductor and other High-Tech Industries.
We are looking for inidviduals with prior leadership or supervisory experience to oversee onsite technical/equipment services at a customer site. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business acumen, be detail and safety oriented and have experience with onsite customer support.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and employees, developing long-term relationships and understanding their needs to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal and external management teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations and enhance overall customer experience.
Problem Resolution: Address client and employee concerns promptly, providing effective solutions to maintain positive relationships.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on client activity, performance metrics, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Consistently ensure that you are up to date on all processes and procedures by reviewing documentation such as standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Ensure safety protocols and procedures are communicated and adhered to.
Objectives & Responsibilities of this Role
- Maintain constant communication with management, staff and the customer to ensure proper operations of the team/s
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality and safety standards
- Improve the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the team/s
- Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives
- Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Lead, motivate, and support all team members within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including setup and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports
- Manage timely data collection to update operational metrics
- Partner with cross-functional support teams to support organizational objectives
- Work closely with human resource and safety departments to ensure compliance
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years’ proven experience in a semiconductor equipment maintenance position or related position required
- 3+ years’ proven leadership experience required
- Practical experience with a combination of some of the following: semiconductor operations and equipment service/maintenance
- Experienced in conflict management
- Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to compile data, generate reports and present in person and via video meeting
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Strong self-initiative and persistence
- Can deal with a high degree of ambiguity and drive clarity in key areas willingness to handle high degrees of task and deadline pressure
- Work with minimal supervision and adjust to rapidly changing priorities
- Ability to pass required drug screening and background check
- This is a safety sensitive position; ability to maintain the appropriate standards and eligibility for badging at customer sites is required
