Position: Maintenance Technician

Location: Orlando, FL

Pay: $18/hour

Experience: 1 year of building and general maintenance, appliance repair, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical experience.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Type: Full-time; Temporary

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

HH Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across apartment complexes or facilities.
• Respond to maintenance requests and resolve tenant issues promptly.
• Conduct regular building inspections to identify safety or EPA issues.
• Perform basic plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and appliance repairs.
• Carry out aesthetic and structural fixes, including painting, carpentry, and drywall.
• Maintain inventory and schedule necessary repairs.
• Coordinate with third-party technicians when needed.
• Ensure communal areas remain clean and functional.
• Rekey locks and replace door hardware as required.
• Adhere to preventative maintenance schedules.

Position Requirements:

• Plumbing (leaks, fixtures, drains).
• Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting (outlets, breakers, light fixtures).
• HVAC and thermostat maintenance.
• Appliance repair (dishwashers, refrigerators, ovens).
• Carpentry and drywall repairs.
• Proficient use of hand/power tools.
• Reading blueprints or technical manuals.
• Must have reliable transportation.
