Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist who will also support basic payroll functions and handle timecards. This key role is central to the smooth operation of our organization, ensuring that all front desk duties are performed professionally and that payroll tasks are conducted efficiently This encompasses a range of tasks including the management of shipping and receiving operations, as well as providing executive assistance whenever necessary. • As the first point of contact for our organization.  
• The Front Desk Receptionist plays a critical role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing excellent customer service to walk-in customers and potential customers calling into the office.  
• The receptionist efficiently handles all front desk operations, ensuring professional and upbeat communication with all suppliers and vendors 
• Taking customer calls that come through on the main line to Creative Environments, this includes loading leads and potential customers into our CRM.   
• Scheduling appointments accurately and managing administrative tasks with precision.  
• Managing aspects of the Subcontractor payments and insurance requirements.  
• Stocking all beverage and snack bar as part of the customer experience to newly arriving guests.    
• The role is pivotal in maintaining a positive image of the company and keeping the office environment organized and functioning seamlessly.  
• The Front Desk Receptionist is vital in ensuring smooth business operations, fostering a professional and supportive atmosphere. 
• This position is critical to the first impression of Creative Environments.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Reliable Transportation 
• Nothing that would impede from a full 40-hour work week, with the ability to work until 5pm 
• An undergraduate degree would be recommended, but not required. 
• Spanish (Bilingual) 
• Ability to lift 30 lbs. and work in a seated environment for multiple hours at a time.
