Electrical / Automation Project Manager

About the Role:
Operational Technology Solutions (OTS) is seeking an experienced Electrical / Automation Project Manager to lead large-scale oilfield projects from our Roosevelt office. This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, requiring a strong background in automation, journeyman-level electrical experience, and proven success in managing crews, customers, and complex projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee oilfield electrical and automation projects from planning through completion

• Direct field manpower, scheduling, and daily operations to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining strong relationships and representing OTS professionally in the field

• Prepare and review project bids, quotes, and proposals to secure new opportunities

• Specify and procure parts, equipment, and materials to meet project requirements

• Drive project execution in compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards
   

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent hands-on electrical field experience (required)

• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale automation projects, preferably in oilfield environments

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate crews effectively

• Proficiency in project estimating, quoting, and customer communication

• Ability to identify opportunities for additional work and expand customer partnerships
