Automotive Alignment Technician

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Automotive Alignment Technician to join our team. As an Alignment Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring proper vehicle alignment, handling, and safety for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vehicle suspension systems and alignment principles, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform alignments on various vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs.

• Operate alignment machines and use specialized tools to accurately diagnose and correct alignment issues.

• Inspect steering and suspension components, identifying any worn or damaged parts that may require repair or replacement.

• Communicate alignment issues, recommendations, and repair options to customers and service advisors.

• Follow manufacturer specifications and industry best practices to ensure proper alignment and vehicle handling.

• Collaborate with other technicians and service staff to provide comprehensive vehicle care and excellent customer service.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to safety guidelines and ensuring proper equipment maintenance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience operating alignment machines and using specialized alignment tools.

• Strong knowledge of vehicle suspension systems and alignment principles.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
