Heavy Truck Assistant Manager

Rob's Automotive and Collision Center, Inc has been in business for over 40 years.

Well-established Yard Truck repair shop that provides services from preventative maintenance to minor and major truck repairs. We are expanding and in need of an additional Heavy Duty Service Writer/Assistant Manager. You will also act as the key liaison between yard truck customers and service technicians, while also helping oversee daily service department operations. This role requires a combination of strong customer service skills, technical knowledge of heavy-duty equipment, and leadership abilities.
Interested candidates will need the following qualifications in order to be considered:

• Minimum 3 years writing experience
• Mechanical background a must
• Knowledge of yard trucks, Capacity, Kalmar, Ottawa, etc.
• Detailed oriented and organized
• Management Skills a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
