• Length of Assignment: Ongoing
• Shift Hours: 7 AM - 3 PM
• Call Hours: 3 PM - 7 AM
• OT after 8-hour shifts
• Call Ratio: Every other night. Every other weekend. Response - 20 minutes.
• Case Mix: Ortho, GYNO, OB ( than 200 deliveries/year), POD, Dental. Must be proficient with spinals, blocks, and epidurals.
• Support Staff: 2 providers on the floor during the day.
• Active License
• Credentialing Time Frame: 30-60 days
• Certifications Required: DEA, CSR, BLS, ACLS
