• Shift Hours: Primary Call - every 3rd weeknight & 4th weekend. 7 AM - 3 PM
• Call starts at 3 PM - 7 AM
• OT after 8-hour shifts
• Case Mix: GEN, Endo, OB ( less than 450 deliveries), ortho (some spines), uro, gyn, pod, and cardiac ( less than 380/yr cathlab and TEE). Must be proficient in spinal, blocks, and epidurals.
• # of OR's: 4
• Support Staff: 4 providers during the day.
• Supervision and Ratio: Anesthesiologist and CRNA practice.
• Active License
• Credentialing Time Frame: 60-90 days
