  • 7 am - 3 pm
  • 7 am - 5 pm
  • 7 am - 7 pm
• Case Mix: Gen, Ortho, Vasc, Neuro, Ophthalmology, OB, and Uro. (No Peds or Hearts) - CRNAs do not handle their own peripheral regional blocks
• Supervised
• Call: No call
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days MAX
