Job Details:

• Regionalized Freight: Routes span multiple regions but designed to get you home weekly for a 34-hour reset

• Weekly Miles: ~1,800 miles (depending on HOS & availability)

• Weekly Pay: $1,000 – $1,100 gross

• Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight

  • 50–60% drop & hook

  • 40–50% live unload

• Trip Planning: Strong planning skills needed for success

Equipment & Support:

• 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias & Kenworths

• 24/7 access to operations support team

Additional Pay & Bonuses:

• Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour (after 2nd hour)

• Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day

• Performance Bonus: Up to +3 CPM for safety, mileage, and productivity

  • Eligible starting the first of the month after hire

  • Must be active OTR at payout
