• Home Time: Home weekly for a 34-hour reset

• Delivery Region: Dedicated routes delivering to Virginia (VA) and West Virginia (WV)

• Miles & Loads: Avg. 2,000 miles weekly, 4 loads per week

• Length of Haul: Avg. 490 miles per load

• Pay: Avg. $1,450 weekly | $75,000+ annually

• Equipment: Assigned sleeper trucks

• Schedule: Primarily overnight runs, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Backhauls: WV loads return through Indianapolis (Indy)

• Breaks at Home:

  • Drivers within 30 miles of the DC may take 10-hour breaks at home

  • Drivers outside 30 miles will reset weekly at home

???? Pay & Bonuses

• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 total

• Experience-Based CPM:

  • 0–12 months: $0.53

  • 12–36 months: $0.55

  • 37–60 months: $0.56

  • 61+ months: $0.58

• Unload Pay: $55 per full unload (powered pallet jack, training provided)

• Stop Pay: $20 per stop (including first)
