• Freight: Dry and refrigerated grocery freight to Walmart store locations (VA, NC, MD, PA, WV)

• Freight Handling: 100% no-touch, live unload

• Miles: Average 1600–1700 miles per week

• Routes: Typically 2 routes per day, 11–14 hour shifts

• Shifts: Start times between 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM (weekends required)

• Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off with consistent 48-hour reset (same 2 days off each week)

• Training: 1 day on-site training ($125) + 3–4 ride-alongs ($50 each)

• Home Time: Home daily

• Equipment: Slip-seat operation in newer model day cabs

• Average Weekly Pay: ~$1,300 (after 90-day ramp-up with no attendance issues)

• Top Pay: $1,500+ weekly for top performers
