Get steady miles, consistent pay, and the home time you deserve with weekly 34-hour resets.

Job Details:

• Regionalized Freight: Multi-region routes designed to get drivers home weekly for a 34-hour reset

• Weekly Miles: ~2,000 miles per week (based on HOS & availability)

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,200 gross

• Length of Haul: Average 300 miles

• Freight: 100% no-touch freight

  • 50–60% drop & hook

  • 40–50% live unload

Pay & Bonuses:

• Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour (after 2nd hour)

• Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day

• Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 total

  • $500 after first load

  • $500 after 30 days (must be active & seated)

• Performance Bonus: Up to +3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity (eligible starting first of the month after hire; must be active OTR at payout)
