Senior Caregiver

My grandparents BOTH need stay-in care (including overnight) Tuesday-Wednesday and every other weekend. 36 hour shift total, 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. the following day. My grandmother is social and outgoing, she loves to cook and bake (with help). My grandfather is more reserved, but smart and funny. They both need help with personal care, meal prep, and transfers (partial assist at most). They are both a fall risk and need round the clock supervision, but they also value their privacy whenever possible and keep a quieter home. Please let me know if you can help!
