- ACLS ✅
- NIHSS Certification ✅
- Minimum 2 years IR Acute Care Experience
- Neuro Stroke Experience Required
- Cerner EMR Experience Required
- Active DC RN License
- 3+ years of Interventional Radiology experience preferred
? Job Description
"Fulfills the needs of the patients, families and community by performing a variety of patient care functions and tasks in accordance with his/her licensure, certification, training, and regulatory requirements.
?⚕️ Delivers care to patients in a competent, capable, caring and efficient manner.
? Applies knowledge of growth and development over the life span necessary to provide age appropriate care.
? Demonstrates the ability to obtain information and interpret information in terms of the patient’s needs.
? Demonstrates an understanding of the range of treatment needed by these patients.
? Makes initial assessment, and determines appropriate nursing needs of assigned patients, as evidenced by appropriate documentation.
? Performs initial and ongoing assessment on all assigned patients, including a review of systems, as evidenced by appropriate documentation.
? Completes admission assessment in time frame established, according to policy and procedures.
