1st Shift | Pick and Pack | 18hr | Pevely, MO

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Pick and Pack Associates to join our warehouse team. This role involves working in a secure facility that handles firearms and firearm-related products, requiring accuracy, attention to detail, and strict adherence to company and legal compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Pick products from inventory shelves based on order sheets.

·         Pack items carefully to ensure secure and safe delivery.

·         Verify product numbers, quantities, and order details for accuracy.

·         Prepare shipments with proper labeling and documentation.

·         Assist with inventory control, restocking, and general warehouse duties.

·         Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

·         High school diploma or GED preferred.

·         Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience a plus, but not required—training available.

·         Must have no felony convictions and no drug- or violence-related misdemeanors.

·         Comfortable working in a facility where firearms and related products are stored and shipped.

·         Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

·         Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic.

·         Must follow warehouse dress code: casual attire (no offensive shirts or tank tops/wife beaters) and closed-toed shoes required.
