Job Title: Locum Physician - Cardiology

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive cardiac care during weekend assignments with hospital and clinic call responsibilities.
• Cover inpatient duties from 6am to 6am, with no clinic responsibilities.
• Work alongside three inpatient Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to deliver quality patient care.
• Utilize Cerner as the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for patient documentation.
• Perform required procedures including echocardiography, treadmill stress tests, and chemical stress tests, and interpret diagnostic studies.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Cardiology - REQUIRED
• Active Michigan medical license in good standing - REQUIRED
• Residency in Michigan or nearby area - REQUIRED
• Clean background for quick credentialing - REQUIRED (no exceptions)
• DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear - REQUIRED
• Provide availability based on provided dates - REQUIRED

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certified in Cardiology
• Active Michigan medical license
