The Role:
Join our team in Ludington, MI as a Senior Assembler!
This position involves performing a variety of mechanical and electronic assembly tasks, following work instructions, and ensuring a clean, safe, and organized workspace. You will collaborate with team members, participate in safety and 5S initiatives, assist with inventory counts, and maintain equipment in line with company policies.
Core Responsibilities:
To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

In this role, the working environment is a manufacturing environment, and the physical demands may include but not limited to Lifting (5-35 lbs.) manufacturing environment, regularly required to sit or stand, reach, bend and move about the facility, regularly required to listen, talk to, and see employees on a daily basis.

The estimated pay range for this position is $20/hr. to $23/hr.. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location. Core Responsibilities:
To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Assemble and test meters and regulators.
- Perform as a member of the team to support On-Time-Delivery of jobs through shop.
- Perform a wide variety of electronic or mechanical assembly operations.
- Follow the work instructions and sequence of operations.
- Work safely.
- Keep work and surrounding areas clean and orderly.
- Maintain and operate tools, equipment, and machinery in accordance with EH&S and shop policies.
- Work well with others in a team environment.
- Participate as needed in 5S projects and safety meetings.
- Assist in performing inventory counts as directed.
- Perform all other tasks, as directed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Mechanical background
- Experience reading a tape measure and blueprints
- Plumbing and pump experience preferred
