Human Resource Manager - Medical Leave Coverage
Our client, a manufacturing organization committed to operational excellence and employee development, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team to cover for a Medical Leave. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be part of the HR Department supporting the production and operational teams. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 4 + solid Human Resources Experience, strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Human Resources Manager/Generalist 

Location: Manawa, WI

Pay Range: 35 - 45/hrK

Shift: 1st / Days

What's the Job?

• Provide HR Support and Oversight throughout the production team on a broad spectrum of human resources functions within the organization
• Assist with operational support and internal business partner for HR initiatives
• Advise HR team on potential non-compliant HR issues and general policies
• Build strong partnerships with operations and production teams to drive business results
• Support performance management and staff development s

What's Needed?

• 3-4 + Five solid HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, policies, and employment law
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
