Assembly Technician

Assembler – Fremont, CA
Pay: $22–$25/hr |

Adecco is hiring Assemblers right now for a local client in Fremont, CA! In this role, you’ll work hands-on to build products, follow detailed instructions, and help keep production running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble products using materials from kit carts

• Operate machines and hand tools safely and effectively

• Perform preventive maintenance and keep equipment in good condition

• Monitor and improve production processes for efficiency

• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met

• Follow all health, safety, and PPE requirements

• Pitch in with other duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred

• Comfortable with computers and basic hand tools

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines

• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Safety-focused mindset

Available Shifts and Schedules:

• Shift 1- 6am to 6pm 3.5 OT every shift

• Shift 2- 6pm to 6am 3.5 OT every shift

  • Schedule A – Sun-Mon-Tue (every other Wed)

  • Schedule B – Thu-Fri-Sat (every other Wed)

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
