Accounts Receivable – Commercial Collections

We’re looking for a confident, detail-driven professional to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist focused on B2B commercial collections. If you’re a strong communicator who enjoys solving problems and staying organized, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

Contact customers about overdue accounts and arrange payment

Track and update account status and collection activity

Answer customer questions about invoices or balances

Work closely with A/R clerks and update customer records

Assist with credit applications, address updates, and dispute resolution

What You Bring:

2+ years of B2B collections experience

Strong phone communication and negotiation skills

Organized, proactive, and good with numbers

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

A team player with great follow-through
