Full-time Dad Needs Weekly Cleaning, Light Decluttering/dishes/laundry

I am a full-time dad with two daughters, looking for weekly cleaning, light decluttering, help with laundry/dishes etc. 3500 sq ft home in a retirement community. Mondays/Tuesdays are best, but I work from home so can work around your schedule if needed. I prefer an hourly rate; it took my past housekeeper about 4 hrs weekly. Thanks!
