Exciting things you get to do:

Deliver time-critical print projects to customers in a fun and friendly environment.
Prioritize Deliveries based on such criteria as customer needs, distance, & relative location to each other.
Relay requests or complaints received from customers upon return.
Operate a company vehicle in a safe, responsiblemanner.
Schedule Routine Maintenance and Oversee Vehicle Upkeep.
Maintain Office Supplies and Packaging Inventory.
QC printed and finished materials based on our high-quality standard.
Package completed projects for Will-Call, Delivery, or Shipping.
Organize, arrange, and decorate your work area to enhance productivity.
Work overtime when necessary to meet client expectations.
Assist in other departments as needed.
Assist customer service by answering phones and taking messages as needed.

Skills that you bring to the job:

The ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
Working Knowledge of Windows Platform, Internet Browsers, and Excel Smartsheet a Plus!
Delivery logistics expertise is a must - planning, execution, and delivery from point of origin to the final delivery destination.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and resourcefully with minimal oversight.
The ability to lift up to 50lbs, maneuver prints, media, and substrates carefully ensuring no damage occurs during transportation and/or during packaging.
Attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining quality, accuracy & scale.
A can-do attitude with a continuing need to self-improve by researching new materials and learning innovative ways to utilize production equipment in our quest to delight our clients.

Required Experience:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Valid Drivers License w/Clean Driving Record
1+ years Previous Experience as Dispatcher and Delivery Driver/Courier

Pay range: $20.76 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
