Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager

• Oversee select accounting staff, assign work, and review output.
• Train staff and provide technical guidance per accounting standards.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports.
• Assist with cost analysis, audits, and job cost summaries.
• Maintain accounting records and enter journal entries.
• Process payroll, tax reports, and maintain employee records.
• Review purchase orders, vendor invoices, and ensure timely payments.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and cash receipts tracking.
• Oversee fixed asset depreciation and financial processes.

Qualifications of the Accounting Manager

• Bachelor's in Accounting
• cost/general accounting in manufacturing.
• Deltek Costpoint experience
