What You'll Do

• Engage with customers in a retail setting to promote AT&T wireless, internet, and entertainment services
• Deliver in-person product demonstrations and answer questions to help customers make informed decisions
• Provide excellent customer support and build long-term relationships through personalized service
• Help drive store performance by achieving sales goals and supporting promotional campaigns
• Collaborate with team members and leadership on best practices and strategies
• Keep up with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to remain a trusted resource for customers
