About the Company:

Our client, a prominent service organization in the Atlanta market, is expanding its accounting and finance team and seeking a dedicated Accounting Coordinator. Responsibilities of the Accounting Coordinator:

• Credit Card and ACH Management: Oversee, manage, and reconcile credit card and ACH transactions.
• Vendor Payments and Expense Reports: Process vendor and expense reports accurately to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Vendor Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, converting them and managing payment workflows.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments and the treasury team to ensure smooth operations.
• Month-End Close: Participate in month-end closing processes, including handling utility accruals and bill payments.

Preferred Experience for the Accounting Coordinator:

• 3+ years of experience in accounting coordination or reconciliation.
• Full-cycle accounting experience is a plus.
• A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Intermediate Excel skills (including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
