We're seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer to join a growing team in the agriculture and food manufacturing industry. This is a unique chance to work on real-time data systems and AI-driven applications while gaining visibility in a small, collaborative tech group.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain full-stack applications using ASP.NET Core, C#, Blazor, and modern frameworks
• Design and deploy machine learning models with Python and SQL to support a growing data warehouse
• Collaborate on AI and business intelligence integrations to improve system performance and insights

What We're Looking For

• 1-4 years of development experience (internships and early-career roles welcome)
• Skills in Python, SQL, C#, and modern web frameworks (SvelteKit, React, or similar)
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and emerging technologies
• Strong problem-solving mindset and collaborative communication style

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 (up to $140,000 for top candidates)
• Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision after 30 days
• 401(k): Safe Harbor plan with 4% match (after 1 year)
• Vacation: 2 weeks accrued annually
